This comprehensive service includes initial individual 30-minute Zoom meetings, a pre-session questionnaire, a focused 2-hour intensive couple session, and a follow-up to ensure ongoing support. If you're feeling stuck in cycles of conflict or uncertainty about relationship therapy, my tailored approach provides the therapeutic intervention you need to foster understanding and connection. This can also be a great stepping-stone to engage with further therapy sessions if appropriate.
