Couple & Family intensive therapy session package: In crisis? Unsure if relationship therapy is for you? Needing therapeutic intervention over a stuck cycle or conversation? In need of a holding session? This bespoke package includes: 30 minute initial zoom meetings for each individual, pre-session questionnaire, 2 hours intensive session & post-session summary. This can be a great stepping-stone to engage with further therapy sessions if appropriate.
